Thank you for shopping with The Kalon Collective. As all of our garments are custom made to order, we strive to ensure every item meets the highest standards of quality and care. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Unworn and unwashed

Free from stains, odours, or damage

In their original condition and packaging

Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
As all our items are custom made to order, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different size, colour, or item, you will need to place a new order after your return is processed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
